OK, Bob, I'm almost ashamed of my last time.
I ran a 5K race in Dec and my time was 45 minutes. My personal worst!! But, the way I look at it, that is a little better than a 15 minute mile ( X 3.1.). but, it also was my worst time ever. Although I did finish the first mile in 13 minutes. But, it was downhill ( I WISH!) after that! Actually I really need to get back into it, since the weather here right now is perfect for running. Then again, maybe I won't..
